ACV Türisolierstein 51404007

ACV Door insulation brick 51404007 is a refractory insulation panel designed for the inner face of the boiler door. It seals the combustion chamber and retains heat, preventing excessive temperatures on the door structure and reducing standby losses. This part is compatible with ACV HeatMaster 45 and HeatMaster 60 models. It is identified by SKU 51404007 and is categorized under insulation panels.

Parts of this type are selected by appliance model and specific position in the door assembly. The brick must match the original shape and fixing arrangement exactly; any gap or misalignment can create localised hot spots. Confirm the part against the original brick geometry and the appliance model designation, not relying on dimensions alone, as fixing points and edge profiles vary between manufacturers.

Combustion chamber insulation, including door bricks, degrades over time under thermal cycling. Cracks, spalling, or visible wear indicate that replacement is needed. When such degradation occurs, the door structure may overheat, and standby losses increase.
