ACV Interruttore 22x30 2p 1/0 + luce rossa 54428116

ACV Switch 22x30 2p 1/0 +red light 54428116 is a 2-pole switch with a 22x30 mm panel cut-out and a red indicator light. It is designed for use in ACV HeatMaster 71 Prestige Solo MK2 Smart E Plus and HeatMaster 71 systems. The switch features a two-position on/off function (1/0) and is used for manual intervention such as power isolation, reset, or mode selection in burner and boiler control panels.

When selecting a replacement switch of this type, verify the number of poles (e.g., 2p), the contact rating (voltage and current), the illumination voltage (e.g., 230 V or 24 V for the red LED), and the panel cut-out dimension (22x30 mm). Confirm the terminal type (screw, faston) and actuator style (knob, key, lever) to ensure compatibility. The 22x30 format is common across brands, but check that the existing cut-out matches, as some switches use different corner radii or require a bezel.

Switches with a built-in lamp can fail due to worn contacts causing voltage drop across the lamp circuit, or a shorted lamp pulling the isolated side to potential. If the red lamp fails, the switch may still function mechanically, but its indication becomes unreliable. During fault finding, always isolate the supply before testing continuity.
