ACV Turbolatore 50423370

The ACV Turbulator 50423370 is a set of 28 turbulators designed for use in ACV CA 400 series boilers, including Compact, Comfort, R, Eco, and S models. Each turbulator measures 1500 mm in length. These components are installed in the boiler's flue passages to increase gas turbulence, thereby enhancing heat transfer and improving overall thermal efficiency. The set is compatible with the specified ACV CA 400 models and is identified by article number 129.841.002.

Turbulators of this type are selected based on the boiler model and the dimensions of the flue passages. Before ordering, verify the boiler model and measure the length of the existing turbulators or the flue passage to ensure a proper fit. Installation typically involves inserting the turbulators into the flue tubes, ensuring they are securely positioned to promote optimal gas flow. Always compare the part number and specifications with the manufacturer's recommendations for the specific boiler model.

When turbulators fail or become damaged, the boiler's thermal efficiency may decrease, leading to higher fuel consumption and reduced heat output. Signs of failure include visible corrosion, deformation, or blockage in the flue passages. Regular inspection of the turbulators for buildup or damage is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
