Block burners

A block burner is a self-contained combustion unit in which the burner head, air damper, fuel valve train, ignition assembly, and control components are integrated into a single bolted housing. This compact arrangement is common in wall-hung and floor-standing boilers and combined water heaters where installation space is limited and the complete burner must be swapped as one assembly.

Selecting the correct replacement depends on the thermal output range, fuel type (natural gas or LPG), supply voltage, flange diameter and bolt pattern, air inlet connection, and the control interface required by the boiler sequence controller. Where possible, cross-reference the OEM order number printed on the burner data plate: that number can be matched to the equivalent part in our range even when the original manufacturer differs.
