Payment
How you can pay
Card payments are processed by Paysera LT, UAB.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You enter your card details on the Paysera payment page: they go to Paysera and never reach us.
When the money is taken
When you pay for the order. The amount charged is the order total — the goods, tax where it applies and delivery, exactly as shown in the order.
Currency
Prices are in euro. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate on the day — the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the amount here, and that difference is the bank's, not ours.
VAT
Whether VAT is inside the price depends on where the goods go and whether you buy as a business. The line under every price says which it is, and the same is repeated in the basket and at checkout, so there is no surprise at the last step.
VAT is charged by the place of supply. Businesses in the EU whose VAT number is confirmed in the VIES register are charged 0% under the reverse charge — enter the number at checkout. Deliveries outside the EU are sold without VAT; import duty and taxes of the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Bank transfer for companies
A company can ask for a proforma invoice and pay it by bank transfer. Write to info@krom.parts with the parts you need and the delivery address.
Invoices
An invoice goes out by e-mail with the order confirmation. It shows the seller's details, the VAT treatment applied and the delivery cost as separate lines, which is what an accountant needs.
Refunds
A refund goes back to the same card you paid with, within the time stated on the returns and refunds page.
Delivery costs are described on the delivery page.
