We answer e-mail on working days. A message sent in the evening is answered the next morning.
About an order
Put the order number in the subject line. It is in the confirmation e-mail and on the order page. With the number we can answer in one reply instead of three.
About a part you cannot identify
Send a photograph of the part and, if you can read it, a photograph of the appliance's rating plate. Say what the appliance does and what it stopped doing. That is usually enough — most parts are recognisable by shape and connector even when every number has burned off.
The assistant on this site does the same job instantly and searches the whole catalogue. Try it first — it is the button in the corner of every page.
About a return
Write with the order number and what is wrong, and we answer with the return address. Please do not send anything back before that — a parcel without a note is hard to match to an order. The conditions are on the returns and refunds page.
Trade and bulk orders
If you fit these parts for a living, or need a quantity the basket will not take, write to us. Regular buyers are invoiced rather than charged at checkout.
