Oil bypass valves

An oil bypass valve regulates the return flow of fuel oil between the pump and the nozzle line in pressure-jet burner systems. Mounted on the oil pump outlet or in the return line, it maintains a stable operating pressure and diverts excess oil back to the supply, protecting downstream components from pressure spikes and ensuring clean ignition at every start.

Selecting the right bypass valve depends on the pump model it fits, the connection thread (typically 1/8" or 1/4" BSP), the set pressure range, and whether the valve is adjustable or fixed.
