Sensor components

Sensor components monitor critical process variables inside a burner or boiler — flame presence, temperature, pressure or flow — and pass a signal to the control unit so the system can respond correctly. They are typically mounted on the burner head, in the flue path or along the fuel supply line, depending on the parameter being measured.

To select the correct part, check the electrical rating, connection type and any dimensional constraints such as thread size, insertion depth or sensing angle. Where a sensor was specified by a different manufacturer, the original order number or model designation can usually be cross-referenced to a compatible Kromschroder or Siemens part in this section.
