Control panels and displays

Control panels and displays are the operator interface of a burner or boiler, combining the regulator, indicator lights and, on more recent units, a digital or LCD display into a single front-mounted assembly. They receive signals from sensors and thermostats, show operating status and fault codes, and allow the service engineer to adjust parameters without opening the heat exchanger casing. Brands represented in this section include ACV, Honeywell and Siemens.

Selecting the correct panel requires matching the control board type, supply voltage, communication protocol and physical mounting format to the original unit. Where these are printed on the old panel's label, an exact cross-reference is possible even when the manufacturer's own part number is no longer listed. If you hold an order number from any of the brands present, enter it in the search field and we will match it to the equivalent part in our range.
