Boiler components include the internal and external parts that enable combustion, heat transfer, water circulation and flue gas evacuation in residential and commercial heating systems. Heat exchangers transfer energy from the flame to the water circuit, expansion vessels absorb pressure changes, fans drive combustion air and exhaust gases, while heating elements provide electric auxiliary heating. Gaskets seal the combustion chamber and flanges, anodes protect steel tanks from corrosion, and insulation reduces thermal loss from the casing.

When ordering a replacement, check the burner or boiler model designation and the part order number, usually stamped on the component or listed in the appliance documentation. For expansion vessels note the capacity and maximum pressure, for fans the voltage and flange diameter, for heating elements the power rating and immersion length, for gaskets the profile and material.
