Terms of sale
The shop is not yet open for orders. These terms describe how sales will work once it is, and will take effect when ordering becomes available.
Seller
Goods are sold by the legal entity named on the legal notice, referred to here as "we". Contracts are concluded in English.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by e-mail; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm acceptance, whichever is first. Where a part turns out to be unavailable we tell you before charging and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected and include or exclude VAT as stated next to the price. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on arrival; they are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment provider named at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are shown before you confirm the order and depend on where the goods are held and where they are going. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominated.
Right to cancel (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail or post within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging. We refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Consumers outside the European Union get the same 14 days under these terms. Where the law of the country you live in gives you more, that law applies.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or sealed goods that have been unsealed where this affects hygiene or safety.
Faulty goods and warranty
Goods must match their description and be fit for the purpose they are sold for. Consumers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of conformity: for two years from delivery you may require goods that do not conform to be repaired or replaced free of charge and, where that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund. Consumers elsewhere keep the rights the law of their own country gives them. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition where offered.
Business customers
If you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation right above does not apply; instead, returns are by agreement. Our liability is limited to the price paid, except for death, personal injury, intent or gross negligence, which cannot be limited.
Technical data
Specifications, equivalences and fitment information in the catalogue are compiled from manufacturer documentation with care, but installation must be done by a qualified person who checks the datasheet. We are not liable for damage arising from installation contrary to manufacturer instructions or applicable regulations.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, where we are established. Disputes we cannot settle between us are heard by the competent court at our registered office. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
Before going to court, write to us: we answer a complaint within 14 days. Consumers may also ask the Lithuanian consumer authority to settle the dispute out of court — it is named on the legal notice.
