Description

This venturi tube is a flanged boiler pipe fitting. It operates on the venturi principle to achieve a 1:1 mixing ratio of air and gas. With a capacity of 16 gallons/hour, it supports a modulation range of 20–100%. The compact, high-precision construction includes seals and is resistant to gas exposure. The design reduces gas consumption.

Choosing and fitting

Venturi tubes of this type are selected by matching the throat diameter and designed pressure drop to the burner's requirements, since the air-fuel ratio depends on these. The mounting style must fit the fan inlet connection. They are mounted between the gas valve and the burner fan inlet. Confirm that the tube is intended for the gas valve series in use, as these parts are often specific to a valve family. Before ordering, compare the original dimensions and flow characteristics with the replacement.
