Honeywell Gas boiler control unit S4562DM1089V01U

This Honeywell control unit is designed for gas boiler applications, forming part of a combined regulation and ignition (CVI) system. It works with VK41 series gas regulators to provide ignition and flame control. The unit supports both direct burner ignition (dbi) and pilot burner ignition (ip) modes. It includes a connector on top for simplified electrical integration and has integrated protection functions. The controller can be installed in different orientations from vertical, offering flexible placement. It is compatible with specific Bosch Euroline boiler models, including ZS 23 AE, 23 KE, and ZW 23 AE.

Control units of this type are selected according to the ignition system used: direct burner ignition (dbi) or pilot burner ignition (ip). They are designed to be mounted onto VK41 series gas regulators, using a connector at the top of the regulator for electrical integration. The controller can be positioned in various orientations relative to vertical, as long as the connector engagement is correct. Ensure that the regulator series and ignition type match the application before installation.
