Description

This printed circuit board is the control unit for the ignition and burner management in ACV ACVMax appliances. It is designed to operate with a 220–240 V supply. The board, model S4962S3038B, interfaces with Honeywell/Resideo VK41 series gas regulators. Its function is to control the burner, including ignition and flame monitoring.

Choosing and fitting

When replacing a control board of this type, verify that the board model and supply voltage (220–240 V) match the existing system. Such boards are intended for use with VK41 series gas regulators from Honeywell/Resideo. The board connects to the regulator via the dedicated connector on top of the regulator. The controller can be mounted in any orientation within 90° of the two-position electric actuator's vertical position to suit available space.
