Description
This stainless steel bellows unit has a nominal diameter of 15 mm and an overall length of 157 mm. It connects via an external thread and is certified to DIN-DVGW. The unit is rated for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar in air or water service, and for gas temperatures up to 150 °C. It can operate in ambient temperatures as low as -20 °C. The design allows for angular displacement of ±50 degrees, compensating for thermal expansion and vibration.
Choosing and fitting
Replacement bellows units of this type are selected by matching the connection size, overall length, and pressure rating to the original part. The connection type and its exact dimensions must correspond to the piping. During installation, allow for the rated movement and avoid twisting the bellows, as misalignment can shorten service life. Always compare the original part's dimensions and connection type against the replacement before fitting.
