Oil filters, coils, supply tubes and flexible hoses form the clean-fuel circuit between the tank and the burner head. The filter removes particulates and water droplets before the oil reaches the pump; the coil or preheater brings viscous fuels to working temperature; rigid and flexible hoses carry the oil under pressure without leaching contaminants into the circuit.

Selecting the correct component depends on flow rate, operating pressure, port size and thread type, connection angle, hose bore and material compatibility with heating oil or biodiesel blends.
