Delavan Nozzle valve 60101-002

The Delavan ProTek nozzle valve 60101-002 fits a Delavan oil burner nozzle in place of its standard filter. It combines a sintered bronze filter with a built-in shut-off valve: oil reaches the nozzle only once the pump has built up pressure, and the flow is cut off sharply when the burner stops — less after-drip and smoke at start-up and shutdown.

Screws into the back of a Delavan nozzle instead of the standard filter. Order the same number as on the old valve or as specified for the burner.

Signs of a worn or clogged nozzle valve: oil dripping from the nozzle after shutdown, smoky starts, an unstable flame or reduced oil flow when the filter part is clogged.
