Honeywell Gas boiler control unit S4570BS1002U

This control box is an automatic ignition system for gas-fired boilers and heaters. It operates on a supply voltage of 220-240 V and is suitable for DBI and IP ignition systems. It is intended for use with VK41 series gas valves and controls both the main and pilot burners. Safe ignition, flame control, and integrated protection functions are among its safety features. Simple connection to the electrical circuit is made through the connector on the top, and the unit may be installed in any position. It does not act on the flame directly.

Parts of this type are chosen by matching the supply voltage and the gas valve series they will connect to. The unit mounts onto the gas regulator using the connector provided on the top; the connector configuration must agree with the valve. The ignition regulator can be installed at any angle within 90° from the vertical position of the two-position electric actuator.
