Description

The LMO14.111C2 burner control box manages start-up and operation of a single-stage oil burner in intermittent service. It runs on a 230 V supply and is intended for oil burners with a maximum capacity of 30 kg/h. The operating sequence includes a 15-second pre-purge, a 15-second pre-ignition delay, a 10-second safety time, and a 16-second post-purge. It is suitable for forced-draught burners and reads signals from pressure switches and limit thermostats.

Choosing and fitting

Select a replacement by matching the exact series and type designation of the existing control box. Safety times such as pre-purge, ignition, and flame proving vary between models, so confirm them against the original unit. Also verify the supply voltage, the flame detection method (ionisation, UV, or IR), and the base or plug pattern. A control box from another series is not a direct substitute; an incorrect safety time can create a safety hazard.
