Brahma Gas valve EG12*SR*GFD 13923001

This is a normally closed solenoid gas valve for civil and industrial gas burner applications. It operates on 230 V AC supply at 50–60 Hz, drawing 20 W; the coil is DC through a built-in rectifier. Flow capacity is 7.5 m³/h, nozzle diameter 15 mm, and it opens and closes in 1 s. The body is die-cast aluminum and the valve can be mounted vertically or horizontally. It is classified as Class A, Group 2, includes an inlet mesh filter, and is certified to EN161.

Valves of this type are installed in vertical or horizontal pipe runs, and the replacement must have the same connection method and supply voltage. The electrical hookup uses a quick-start DIN 43650/IP65 plug with a PG9 cable gland; check that the existing wiring and plug match. Before ordering, compare the gas group/class, flow capacity, nozzle diameter, and opening mode required by the burner, and verify whether the control circuit supplies AC or DC power.
