Description
The Brahma Electrode 11004211 is an ionization and ignition electrode used in burners and boilers. It has a total length of 73 mm, with a ceramic part of 27 mm and a metal part of 56 mm. The connector size is 4 mm, and the clamp type is movable. This electrode is manufactured in Italy by Brahma.
Choosing and fitting
When selecting a replacement electrode of this type, ensure the total length, ceramic part length, and metal part length match the original specifications. The connector size must fit the ignition cable, and the clamp type (movable or fixed) should correspond to the mounting configuration. Measure the existing electrode and compare these dimensions before ordering.
Signs of failure
Electrodes of this kind can fail due to wear, cracking of the ceramic insulator, or corrosion of the metal tip. Symptoms include ignition failure, intermittent burner operation, or a weak spark. Check the electrode for visible damage, carbon buildup, or a broken connection.
