Description
This kit contains a gas valve relay and a ground wire for use in a burner control circuit. The relay receives the command signal from the flame safeguard control box and switches supply voltage to the gas valve when pre-purge, ignition spark, and flame signal are verified. It is compatible with ACV Prestige 100 MK4, ACV Prestige 120 V14, CA 300 Compact, and HeatMaster 120. The kit is OEM certified.

Parts of this type are selected by the burner control box make and series. The relay's coil voltage, contact rating, and pin arrangement must match the control board output and the gas valve load. Verify that the switching capacity is equal to or greater than the original, and that the mounting footprint aligns with the control box chassis. The ground wire must be securely connected to maintain protective earth continuity.
